AZ Scorpions vs Vancouver Balloholics (ABA League)

Glendale, AZ – On February 28, 2015 the Arizona Scorpions defeated the Vancouver Balloholics 94-84 at Glendale Community College while the game was being broadcasted live on ESPN3. Replay of the game can be viewed at:

The Scorpions ended up finishing their regular season 16-2.

The Arizona Scorpions will host the Western Regional Playoffs on Saturday, March 14 & Sunday, March 15 at Glendale Community College in Glendale, AZ. There will be 2 games on Saturday at 5PM & 7PM:

5PM: Orange County Novastars VS San Francisco Rumble
7PM: Arizona Scorpions VS Colorado Kings

If the Scorpions win Saturday’s game, they will be able to play again on Sunday at 1PM against the winner of the 5PM game to see who will get the chance to go to the ABA Final 4 at the Hirsh Coliseum in Shreveport, Louisiana between April 7-13, 2015.

The Arizona Scorpions are a franchise of the American Basketball Association (ABA) based in Phoenix with games for the 2014-2015 season played at Glendale Community College. The ABA is the largest and most diversified professional sports league in the US with over 90 teams and 75% of the teams owned by African-Americans, Hispanics, Asians & Women. The league provides opportunities for over 1000 players and 200 coaches to participate in professional sports.
